The MH Miles team conducted a 1-day course for South Carolina DOT and DBE A/E firms on key transportation audit topics including understanding the AASHTO Guide and the National Compensation Matrix (NCM). Participants experienced an engaging learning journey full of activities and case studies that were used to reinforce the learning.
